Setup: Download codes from Bait and Tackle.


URL Text Above Field - Modern and Classic Designer


1. Add a field to your form. You may use any of the following field types:

  • Single Line

  • Multi Line

  • Radio Button

  • Checkbox

  • Drop-down


2. Copy the Day 5 code snippet from Day 5 Bait and Tackle library.


3. Insert the code into the field’s text region. Paste the code into either the Text Above Field or Text Below Field section of the field’s configuration panel.

4. Update the HTML placeholders to match your form.

Replace:

  • “enter your URL here” with the actual link you want to use

  • “Name of URL here” with the display name you want users to see
